About me
I'm a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life's most challenging transitions and struggles. With extensive experience working with diverse clients, I specialize in helping people navigate stress, anxiety, grief, and the complex emotions that arise during significant life changes.
My work focuses on building self-love and reconnecting with life purpose, particularly for those struggling with guilt, shame, and trauma. I'm experienced in supporting individuals healing from posttraumatic stress, managing chronic pain and illness, and addressing eating and food-related concerns. I also work with those recovering from traumatic brain injuries.
I believe in creating an affirming, nonjudgmental space where you can show up authentically. My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, drawing on evidence-based practices to help you move toward healing at your own pace. I'm committed to honoring your unique identity, values, and experiences as we work together.
If you're considering therapy, I want you to know that taking that step takes real courage. I'm honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward greater peace and wholeness.
