About me
I am a compassionate, experienced integrative therapist who is dedicated to helping you live more than you survive. Empowering You to Heal, Grow, and Thrive... Because You Deserve a Life That Feels Whole and Authentic.
Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m Taylor Roberson LPC, a compassionate and dedicated therapist specializing in helping individuals overcome anxiety, trauma, ADHD, grief, self-esteem challenges, and more. My practice is rooted in the belief that healing is possible for everyone—and that with the right support, you can move past life’s toughest moments and step into a more balanced, empowered version of yourself.
What I Offer:
At my practice, I take a holistic, trauma-informed approach to therapy. This means we’ll work together to understand not just your symptoms, but the whole picture of your life—your experiences, relationships, and goals. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you can feel seen, heard, and respected.
I specialize in evidence-based and integrative techniques tailored to your unique needs, including:
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART): A powerful, effective approach to process trauma and shift unhelpful patterns—often in just a few sessions.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy: Practical strategies to help you stay grounded, reduce stress, and build resilience.
Cognitive and Behavioral Approaches: Tools to understand and reshape the thoughts and behaviors that may be holding you back.
Parts Work and Somatic Practices: Gentle ways to reconnect with your body and uncover deeper self-awareness.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, or challenges related to ADHD or high sensitivity, we’ll work together to develop tools and strategies that fit your life, your pace, and your goals.
Who I Work With:
I specialize in working with individuals who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected—including highly sensitive people (HSPs) who may experience the world more intensely than others. My clients often come to me because they’re:
Struggling with anxiety, stress, or overthinking.
Trying to heal from trauma or grief that still feels raw.
Facing challenges with boundaries, people-pleasing, or low self-esteem.
Managing ADHD and looking for tools to create balance and consistency in daily life.
Feeling stuck in patterns or relationships that no longer serve them.
If any of this sounds familiar, know that you’re not alone—and there’s a path forward. Therapy can help you find clarity, build resilience, and create meaningful change.
Here’s what sets me apart as a therapist:
Compassionate Connection: I strive to create a space where you feel fully accepted for who you are, without judgment.
Practical Tools: My sessions are focused on giving you actionable strategies and insights you can apply in your daily life.
Tailored Approach: Every person’s journey is different, and I’ll work with you to create a plan that feels right for you.
Trauma-Informed Care: Your safety, comfort, and autonomy are my priorities. We’ll move at a pace that feels manageable for you.
Results-Oriented Therapy: Many of my clients notice meaningful shifts after just a few sessions, particularly with approaches like Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
A Little About Me
I’ve always been drawn to helping others find their way through life’s challenges. As a therapist, I’m deeply committed to creating a warm, welcoming environment where you can show up as your authentic self. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy hiking the Ozarks (& beyond), going to concerts, trying many different crafts/DIY, thrifting, and spending time with my fur babies.
Why I’m Here
I believe therapy is more than just a place to talk—it’s a place to heal, grow, and discover the strengths that have always been within you. You deserve to feel truly seen and understood. Whether you’re seeking relief from pain, tools to navigate life’s challenges, or a deeper understanding of yourself, I’m here to help.
