About me
I am an advanced practice social worker who helps teens (12+) and adults who are seeking support with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or making sense of difficult life experiences.
My goal is to create a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings, set your own goals, and express yourself freely without judgment. My approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centered.
Together we will identify what is most helpful for you, and create a plan that empowers you to make meaningful changes and feel more in control of your life.
My style is warm, direct, and non-judgmental. I frequently incorporate strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with practical tools to help manage anxiety, stress and overwhelming emotions.
If this approach resonates with you, I’d be glad to connect and see if working together feels like a good fit.
