I am a somatically trained Licensed Professional Counselor with 13 years of experience working with teens, adults, and couples navigating addiction, grief, anxiety, OCD, and relationship difficulties. My training in Somatic Experiencing shapes how I work, and I bring a deep curiosity about the way faith and spirituality weave through our personal life journeys. Whether we are exploring patterns that show up in relationships, processing loss, or working through the weight of shame and inadequacy, I see it as a genuine privilege to come alongside people in those moments.

Much of my work involves helping people make connections, between the patterns they carry, the relationships they are building, and the stories they are still making sense of. I partner with teenagers, couples, and individuals to understand what might be contributing to the current conflict or difficulty, and we work through it together. I hold space for topics that can feel hard to name, including intimacy, spiritual confusion, and the kind of drinking that starts social and quietly becomes something more.

Creating a safe, trusting relationship is my highest priority. I have flexible hours and work with clients across a range of income levels. I maintain office locations in O'Fallon and Creve Coeur, Missouri, and I also offer online sessions.
