I am a somatically trained Licensed Professional Counselor who is interested in working with teens, adults and couples struggling in areas of addiction, grief, anxiety, OCD and communication issues.

At one point or another, we all experience hardship in life. Whether it is grief, anxiety, or relationship difficulties, I cannot think of a greater privilege than coming alongside people who are struggling. I love building relationships with people and have a passion for helping them build stronger, more lasting relationships in the community of their lives. Whether it is working with couples who seek to strengthen their relationships partnering with adults and teens as they seek to figure out the challenges they encounter, my hope is to be a safe place to walk with individuals through their current troubles.

My work involves supporting teenagers, couples, and individuals dealing with anxiety, family communication, intimacy, grief, depression, addiction, and spiritual confusion. I will partner with people to help process and understand the patterns that could be contributing factors in the current conflict or issue.

I have a deep curiosity about the way faith and spirituality blend with our personal life journeys. My highest priority is creating a safe relationship and environment for people to process their stories and difficulties they are currently facing. I have flexible hours and am able to work with clients of various income levels. I also maintain an office location in Creve Coeur.
