About me
I support clients in processing past experiences, strengthening self-awareness, and moving toward lasting emotional well-being.
Do you ever feel stuck, uncertain about who you are, or unsure of where you’re headed? Maybe you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or a big life transition that’s left you feeling off balance. You might notice old patterns or past experiences still affecting how you show up today. Deep down, you want to feel more grounded, confident, and at peace with yourself. You’re ready to understand yourself on a deeper level and create a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
I provide a warm, trauma-informed space where clients feel safe to explore thoughts and emotions. With a Master’s in Dispute Resolution, I integrate communication and conflict resolution skills when appropriate to help clients find their own solutions. My approach promotes healing, empowerment, and lasting personal growth.
You don’t have to navigate these challenges alone. Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on helping you reconnect with your strengths. I will listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and celebrate your progress along the way. Together, we can create meaningful change and help you move toward the life you truly want.
