About me
I provide individual therapy for individuals facing depression; low self esteem; disordered eating; anxiety, panic, and stress; Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and trauma; adjustments to life changes; and relational and family issues. I provide therapy for college students, professionals, adults.
Whether you’re managing anxiety, navigating trauma, or feeling disconnected from you purpose, I offer a calm, grounded space to reconnect with your internal strengths, shift patterns that no longer serve you, and move towards compassion, clarity and sustained change.
My approach to therapy is relationship-based, fostering a warm and collaborative environment where you can reconnect with yourself or explore new facets of your identity. I integrate a trauma-informed, empowering, and client-centered perspective, believing that you are the expert on your own life and value lived experience. My role is to help you navigate your goals and challenges with validation, compassion and without judgment.
