About me
I bring a rich academic foundation, broad mental health experience, and a lifelong love of music into my counseling practice. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Biola University, my Master’s in Counseling from California State University, Fresno, and my Doctorate in Educational Leadership & Management from Alliant International University.
My journey has taken me across California, Illinois, Louisiana, and Texas, where I’ve had the privilege to work with diverse populations. My areas of focus include supporting clients affected by Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), engaging with special education challenges, applying restorative practices, and empowering first-generation college students.
In my sessions, I emphasize emotional intelligence, self-care, and interpersonal growth. I strive to create a compassionate, safe space where you can explore your feelings and experiences. I draw upon evidence-based practices and tailor techniques to your unique needs.
If you’re navigating trauma, undergoing life transitions, or striving for personal development, I am here to walk alongside you on your path to holistic wellness. Let’s begin your journey toward healing and growth together.
