About me
I am an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges and discover their inner strengths.
I'm here to help harness inner resources. With a warm and empathetic approach, I provide therapy that is rooted in person-centered principles, mindfulness techniques, and faith-based practices. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and beliefs, empowering them to cultivate meaningful growth and healing. My greatest strengths as a provider are my relatability, use of humor, and ability to allow clients to control their own journeys. I am here to help and guide my clients. In the first therapy session, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where they are encouraged to share their thoughts, feelings, and concerns without judgment. My goal is to establish rapport and begin building a trusting relationship with the client, creating a safe space for open and honest communication. Clients can expect to feel heard, understood, and supported as they embark on their path toward personal growth, healing, and positive change.
