Whether I am meeting with an individual, couple or family, my work is to help you uncover and resolve what is keeping you from living the life that is waiting for you to embody. The ways we get stuck are innumerable and communication patterns, unresolved trauma, addiction and the stresses of our every day lives are all contributing to our sense of despair, anxiety, frustration and distress.

I train and supervise a team of talented and compassionate associate therapists who all resonate with my style and approach of working with clients through feelings of low self-worth, a sense that there is something wrong with them, concerns that their relationship isn't working, grief, life transitions, mood distress, recovery and relapse, sexual well-being, trauma from adverse childhood events and/or adulthood and relationship challenges of all kinds.
