About me
In therapy with me, it’s all about you—your voice, your story, and what makes you strong. I’m here to really listen and help you build on what’s already working while supporting you through whatever’s tough right now. At the heart of my work is a deep commitment to social justice. I recognize that healing doesn’t happen in a vacuum — it often requires us to examine and push back against the systems that impact our daily lives. I aim to honor the resilience, amplify the voices of, and walk alongside clients in their journey.
I’m a millennial Social Worker who traded the blazing heat of Austin, Texas for the snowy tundra of Syracuse, New York for a short time. Now I'm back in Austin & still trying to find the thermostat setting that makes sense. With over 8 years of experience in the field, I bring humor, honesty, and authenticity into the therapy space. When I’m not lifting heavy weights or sending memes as a legitimate coping skill, I’m helping folks do the deep, meaningful work that healing requires. Therapy with me is real, relatable, and always judgment-free—because sometimes the best way through the hard stuff is with a little laughter (and maybe a playlist).
