About me
I am a Clinical Social Worker with 25 years of experience, passionate about helping individuals reclaim their strength, embrace life’s transitions, and heal from trauma while building a foundation of lasting emotional peace and well‑being.
I am a collaborative therapist who provides a safe, supportive space for healing, growth, and meaningful change.
I am a therapist committed to supporting individuals through some of life’s most challenging moments. My work centers on helping people navigate anxiety, depression, health concerns, major life transitions, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, parenting stress, and other pivotal experiences that shape who we are and how we move through the world. I’m especially effective with clients who are proactive and goal‑oriented, and I approach therapy as a collaborative process designed to help you reach the outcomes that matter most to you.
Creating a safe, comfortable, and judgment‑free space is at the heart of my practice. I encourage open communication, use humor when it’s helpful, and build genuine connection to support trust and ease. Your voice, your needs, and your lived experience guide our work together. I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches and actively seek your feedback to ensure our sessions remain meaningful, effective, and aligned with your goals.
My dedication to this profession comes from a deep care for people and a belief in the power of healing. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they grow, recover, and rediscover their strength. Every session reflects my commitment to your well‑being and my gratitude for the opportunity to support your journey. If you feel ready to take the next step, I invite you to reach out. I would be honored to begin this work with you.
