About me
I'm an experienced Clinical Social Worker and Supervisor who has worked to help others overcome depression, anxiety, trauma, and other disorders.
I am certified to provide EMDR services and am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I have experience with CBT, DBT, EMDR and a number of other treatment modalities, all of which I'm able to utilize effectively in meeting the needs of clients.
I enjoy working with adults, adolescents, couples, and families. My approach is relationship based, as I've found that the relationship between a therapist and client is as vital, if not more vital, than skill building, processing, or other therapy tasks.
