About me
“Mental strength is not the ability to say out of the darkness, it’s the ability to sit present in the darkness knowing that the light will shine again.” - Anonymous
I believe that everybody strives to be the best that they can be. This striving for the best, is in every role and capacity we have in life. We want to be the best mother, father, sister, brother, spouse, friend, student, employee etc. However, in life there are obstacles that get in the way of us achieving this. I look forward to working with people to move beyond these obstacles and get closer to the person they are striving to be.
