Tara Sager, Ph.D.

I am a clinical psychologist with over fifteen years of experience treating adolescents and adults with a broad range of mental health concerns.

I am honored that you are considering me to help you with your journey toward self-discovery and mental health. I have over fifteen years of experience working with people throughout the lifespan on a variety of concerns, including couple and family issues, interpersonal issues, trauma, grief, life transitions, depression, anxiety, and body image concerns, among others. I am certified in perinatal mental health, including fertility issues, mental health during pregnancy, pregnancy loss and traumatic birth experiences and postpartum mental health and adjustment. I am also a certified couple therapy informed provider as well as having extensive training and experience working with trauma, OCD, and college students.

I offer individual and couple therapy for adults and adolescents. I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy, an evidence-based short-term trauma treatment, and work with clients on various types of trauma. I am also trained in exposure and response prevention, the gold-standard treatment for OCD. Please contact me for more information.
