About me
I am a licensed clinician specializing in DBT-informed and trauma-informed therapy to support emotional regulation, healing, and personal growth for children, teens, young adults, and older adults. I love to work with all different populations of people and help them reach their full potential.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC), and the founder of Never Sink Therapy and Resilience, LLC. I provide compassionate, DBT-informed and trauma-informed therapy for children, teens, adults, and families.
My approach is client-centered, strengths-based, and skills-focused, with an emphasis on emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and building practical coping strategies that can be used in everyday life. I believe therapy should feel supportive, collaborative, and empowering—meeting clients where they are while helping them move toward meaningful growth.
I integrate evidence-based practices with creative and holistic elements when appropriate, and I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported. My goal is to help individuals develop resilience, increase self-awareness, and build the confidence needed to navigate life’s challenges.
