I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Gottman Therapist, Certified Group Therapist and Gottman 7 Principles Leader. I am an attachment informed therapist and have also pursued extensive training in Emotion Focused Couples Therapy (EFT). As a Gottman 7 Principles Leader, I also offer an 8-week Gottman Couples Workshop for those in a committed relationships.

Welcome to Thrive Psychotherapy ! I offer individual, couple and group psychotherapy to adult clients. I started my career in 2002, in New York City where I focused primarily on individual, family and group psychotherapy. However, over the past 6 years I have focused my clinical practice on working almost exclusively with couples. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Gottman Therapist, Certified Group Psychotherapist and Gottman 7 Principles Leader. I have also received extensive training in EFT (Emotion Focused Couples Therapy) in order to be able to offer a variety of evidence based practices to the couples that I have the privilege of working alongside. I am an attachment-informed therapist and am committed to helping couples heal their deepest relationship wounds and create a relationship that is nourishing, connected and secure.
