About me
I’m a licensed therapist with over 20 years of experience helping individuals and families heal from trauma, rebuild after toxic relationships, and navigate major life transitions. I specialize in attachment, relationship issues, women’s issues, divorce, domestic violence, and narcissistic abuse.
My style is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. My goal is to help you reconnect with your inner strength, gain clarity, and move toward lasting emotional healing.
I have worked in private practice, community mental health, and residential settings. Today, I primarily work with individuals and offer virtual sessions for adults across Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida.
I am a Nationally Certified Counselor and am currently working toward certification as a Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician.
