About me
I am a down-to-earth, non-judgmental therapist with a wide range of professional experience who enjoys helping people become the best version of themselves.
I've been a social worker for over 20 years with experiences from emergency screenings, inpatient treatment, community mental health programs and therapy. Despite having a wide range of experiences in regards to mental health treatment, my focus in therapy has primarily been in treating those with anxiety, self-esteem issues or in a life transition looking for direction. I utilize several evidenced based modalities including CBT, DBT skills training, Mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. I am a Certified Mental Health and Nutrition Clinical Specialist and have been dually certified as a Life and Health Coach with the hopes to soon open a local Wellness Center. Knowing how mental and physical health and wellness go hand in hand, my goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental and down-to-earth space for people to address both and normalize mental health as much as physical health and wellness.
In-office and telehealth sessions are available.
