About me
Hello! I am so glad that you are here!
I am an integrative mental health provider and truly believe that self-awareness and a healthy lifestyle are two of the most important building blocks to feeling amazing and creating fulfilling experiences and relationships in your life. I especially enjoy working with women who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, and a general sense of dissatisfaction in their lives, especially as they experience peri-menopause and menopause. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey as you plug into the best version of YOU.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, holistic and multifaceted. I believe that our emotions, health, relationships, and spirituality are all interconnected, and I feel that it is important to consider you as a whole person, as opposed to simply "treating a condition". In addition to this, and only if you are interested, I enjoy utilizing the Human Design system in order to enhance our work together, as well as to help you to gain a deeper understanding of how you show up energetically, and how that relates to your sense of fulfillment, passion, abundance and joy in your life.
If you are someone who is experiencing inertia, confusion, emotional exhaustion, burnout, frustration, or anything similar to these in any area of your life, exploring the root causes of these symptoms and more profoundly understanding your own natural rhythms and "recipe" for health, combined with the latest data and research, will help you gain much needed insight as well as a formula, of sorts, that will guide you toward better understanding about how to turn things around.
