About me
With more than 24 years of combined experience in mental health counseling and school psychology, I support individuals navigating stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and emotional fatigue. My experience as a school psychologist has shown me how emotional well-being underpins academic success and shapes every aspect of a person's life, from their relationships and work to their health and overall functioning. Recognizing how deeply stress and unaddressed emotional pain can affect someone's path is what inspired me to pursue a career in mental health counseling. As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor I primarily partner with adults seeking clarity, steadiness, and meaningful change.
My approach honors the whole person, mind, body, and spirit, within the context of culture, identity, and lived experience. Together, we explore patterns, navigate challenges, and build practical strategies that support resilience and emotional growth. In our work, you can expect warmth, steadiness, and collaboration. Sessions focus on what's happening now, what's been hard, and what will help you move forward with greater ease. Reaching out is the first step toward steadier days and support that meets you with consistency and care.
