Welcome. I'm Tanya, Owner of Beyond Blessed Consulting & Counseling LLC (in partnership with Grow) specializing in Christian Counseling, Schema Therapy, Childhood Trauma, Abuse Recovery, Anxiety, and Inner Child Healing Work. I'm here to help you feel seen, heard, and supported.

I take an eclectic, client-centered approach to therapy—drawing from multiple evidence-based methods to tailor your care to your unique needs. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Mindfulness, Somatic Experiencing, and Schema Therapy, among others.
