About me
Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing services in both Tennessee and Mississippi. I received both my Bachelors and Masters of Social Work from Union University and I have been providing therapeutic services to clients for over 5 years. I help younger and older adults overcome depression, decrease anxiety, eliminate stress, and develop new coping skills to utilize in their daily lives.
For several years, I have worked with adults from various backgrounds. During this time I have developed a knack for helping individuals find solutions to their problems, eliminate stress, utilize coping strategies and overcome life's challenges. I enjoy working with adults who are comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings and overall are open to working with a therapist. My clients are committed to doing that work that is required to achieve overall mental wellness and calm.
