About me
I am a trauma-informed, holistic-focused therapist dedicated to supporting clients navigating life stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, and anger—particularly those who have experienced sexual and gender-based violence.
I take a collaborative, client-centered approach to therapy, rooted in empowerment, compassion, and a trauma-informed, holistic lens. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe bringing your full self—where we can explore your goals, build a personalized toolbox for wellness, and hold space for any pain or challenges you're carrying.
I work with clients across the lifespan, including children, teens, and adults. My areas of focus include identity development, racial trauma, LGBTQ+ experiences, masculinity, and men’s mental health. I have training in Somatic Experiencing, mindfulness and meditation, breathwork, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and culturally responsive Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Together, we’ll work to understand your unique story, align with your values, and support growth that feels meaningful and authentic to you. Wherever you are in your journey, I aim to meet you there—with empathy, curiosity, and care.
