About me
I am a licensed mental health counselor, experienced in working with general adjustment issues, depression, anxiety, symptoms of ADHD, relationships, and addiction. I also have experience with teenagers up to any age adult.
When navigating life, you go through hardships that you tend to tuck away in order to keep moving. Sometimes you don’t feel important enough, you don’t feel heard, or sometimes you might just feel like you don’t have time to process the hand you were dealt. Trying to move on through life without processing all that life throws at you can cause you to feel stuck, to make bad decisions, and cause a pea sized problem to feel as big as an elephant. I am here to let you know that there is hope! You are important. You can be heard. You can do this!
You don’t have to navigate life alone. I would love the chance to offer some assistance in processing life. Sometimes we must connect our past experiences to help us understand our present experiences.
I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for individuals of any background to help move through those difficult times in the best possible way. If you have any questions at all, please reach out and schedule a free 15 minute consultation to see if I am the right therapist for your needs. Therapy is one of the greatest gifts to yourself! Happy Healing!
