About me
Wow, I first just want to congratulate you on prioritizing your mental health by seeking help. Just being here is a GREAT first step. Thank you for choosing to check out my page of the millions of therapists online. As a Black, queer, neurodivergent, disabled, woman, immigrant-expat, and therapist, I know first-hand how difficult it can be to find a provider who not only has the skills, but who truly -gets- it. I’m Tanasia, a Licensed Master Social Worker with over 12 years of experience and I’d love to be that for you! 🤗
My approach is rooted in the belief that healing begins with the relationship you have with yourself. Sometimes this gets neglected in the midst of external responsibilities and caring for others. Together, we will tailor our focus to your needs whether that is: rebuilding self-trust, healing those deep wounds that often go unspoken, cultivating self-compassion or even building life operating systems that help you sustainably prioritize your own needs.
If you are ready to renew yourself and make changes that stick in a loving, healing environment, let’s do it together! It would be my honor and pleasure to meet you and share more in a free, comprehensive, 20-minute consultation. To set one up, feel free to call, text or email me via the contact options above. I’m looking forward to meeting you! 🤗
