About me
Holding everything together on the outside—but feeling overwhelmed, unseen, or exhausted underneath? It can be so hard to find a therapist who doesn’t just have the skills but who truly -gets- it. You’re not alone.
Hi, I’m Tanasia—a Black, queer, neurodivergent, disabled woman and immigrant-expat who has been there. I’m also a Licensed Master Social Worker with 13 years of experience, and I’d love to support you in a way that feels grounding, affirming, and real.
Our work together centers your relationship with yourself and may look like rebuilding self-trust, tending to deep unspoken wounds, cultivating self-compassion, creating sustainable self-care and more. If you want to create meaningful, lasting change in a supportive and intentional space, send me your availability for a 15-minute virtual consultation. I’d love to connect. *For care accessibility, I do have a limited number of sliding scale slots available.
