About me
What do you want in your life? What would you like to change if you could? What would you like to let go of?
When we understand the whys of who we are, we have a better chance to explore the hows of healthy and welcomed change. Through talking, reflecting, curiosity, and questions, it is possible to grow into the person we would like to be, engage in the world in ways we enjoy, and appreciate the challenges we face with strength and hope.
I have a wide range of specialized training: C-PTSD/PTSD, Trauma, Military/Vets, Anger Management, Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Shame, and much more. I also have a broad knowledge base of healing interventions, including CBT, DBT, SFBT, Reality Therapy, Attachment Theory, Mindfulness, Neuroscience, Nutrition, and many others, to support personalized care.
I offer a space for you to show up as you. I drop in next to you on your journey, and we talk through whatever is on your mind. Please feel free to reach out.
