About me
When we understand the whys, we have a better chance to explore the hows of change. Through self-reflection and curious questioning, it is possible to grow into the person we would like to be, engage in the world in ways we enjoy, and appreciate the challenges we face with strength and hope.
I enjoy growing a diverse knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions to walk with people on their journeys of personal growth. I have specialized training and certifications for working with C-PTSD/PTSD, Trauma, Veterans, Active Duty Military, Military Spouses, Anger Management issues, Anxiety, ADHD, and Depression, among a variety of other challenges. I utilize CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Reality Therapy, Attachment Theory, Mindfulness, Nutrition, Neuroscience, and other intervention practices for personalized care and therapeutic engagement.
