I am an associate therapist who works with adults who feel capable on the outside but unsettled inside.

I work with adults who are often capable and outwardly functioning well, yet feel unsettled inside. You may notice patterns in your relationships that repeat despite your best efforts, or find yourself feeling anxious, self-critical, or disconnected without fully understanding why. My work is focused on helping you make sense of these inner experiences with curiosity and care, rather than rushing toward quick fixes.
My approach is relational and insight-oriented, meaning that we pay attention not only to symptoms, but to emotional patterns, attachment history, and how your ways of relating, both to others and to yourself, have developed over time. Therapy with me is a collaborative process where we slow things down enough for new understanding to emerge, often through the therapeutic relationship itself.
I believe meaningful change happens when experiences that once felt confusing or overwhelming begin to feel thinkable and emotionally integrated. This can support greater self-trust, more satisfying relationships, and a deeper sense of steadiness over time.
I am an associate/intern therapist completing my graduate training under clinical supervision. I bring a high level of care, reflection, and commitment to the work, and I value therapy as a space where emotional truth, complexity, and humanity are welcome.
