Hi, I’m Tammy. Are you struggling with trauma from your past? I help with trauma stemming from childhood. I work with physical, sexual or emotional abuse that has been experienced. Together we can identify stuck points and work on resolving them. Whether you are dealing with trauma, anxiety, or depression, I’m here to help.
I use Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I am certified in CPT and trained in EMDR.
