My name is Tammy Myers and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC), and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level 2 (CCTP-II) in the state of New York. I have worked in many facets of both the mental health and addiction communities including inpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, non-intensive outpatient and crisis settings.

I am a professional therapist specializing in mental health disorders, including addiction, anxiety, co-dependency, depression and PTSD. I have over 15 years of experience in the mental health community and human services field with an emphasis on wellness, recovery, crisis intervention and education. I am currently employed as a therapist at Four Winds Hospital, a Crisis Evaluator at Saratoga Hospital and I run a private practice; Life Evolution Mental Health Counseling, PLLC. I provide individual and group psychotherapy to clients with both mental health and addiction disorders. I also treat issues such as stress management, relationship issues and grief and loss issues. I provide therapy with different modalities of treatment based on what is best suited for the client.
