About me
I am a licensed professional counselor and have been practicing in private practice for 17+ years. I am specialized in OCD and Anxiety Disorders including OCD, PANDAS, Perfectionism, Generalized Anxiety, Social Anxiety, PTSD, School Anxiety for students 5th grade through-college, Selective Mutism (age 5-8) Panic Disorder, Phobias, Eating issues, Family or relationship problems, depression.
My training is from the OCD Foundation (Rogers Memorial Hospital), the Beck Institute, and TLC for hair pulling (Trichotillomania) and Skin Picking. I am specialized in CBT and Exposure Therapy along with body repetitive behaviors training and behavioral therapy regarding hair pulling and skin picking. I am certified in DBT as well and I work with ages 10 to 75 years of age along with families participating in the therapy process with loved ones suffering from OCD and anxiety disorders.
