I am an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor who is dedicated to help individuals 18 and up cope with anxiety, depression, women's issues, grief, relationship issues and trauma related issues.

I believe that everyone can change and grow at any time in their lives. I believe you are stronger than you think. We develop mental health issues as a result of picking up unhealthy learned behaviors through different experiences in our lives. Which means, that I think you can unlearn the unhealthy behaviors and replace them with heathy ones. I have suffered from anxiety all my life, through therapy and my personal faith, I have learned healthy boundaries, accessed resources, and different techniques to manage my life without anxiety debilitating me.
During our initial session, we will go into the issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first month with sustained improvement thereafter.
I use a Eclectic and Holistic approach to help my clients bring out the best in themselves. I use humor, challenging questions, and a warm open-minded and affirming approach.
