About me
Supporting Healing, Growth, and Resilience as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor & Certified Hypnotherapist.
"I believe every person has the ability to heal, grow, and create meaningful change. My work is about helping individuals discover healthy perspectives and practical tools to move forward in life with more peace, confidence, and fulfillment. Together, we explore the challenges you face—acknowledging what cannot be changed, while empowering you to focus on the areas where you do have choice and influence."
I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in Vermont & New Hampshire and a Certified Hypnotherapist through the National Guild of Hypnotists. -Grief and loss counseling (including pet loss support)
-Emotional regulation/Management (including Stress, Anxiety and Anger)
