About me
I am an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor (Texas) and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (Maryland) who is passionate about healing, growth, and change.
Helping others has always been my passion. I obtained a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Miami in 2006 and a M.A. in Professional Counseling Psychology from Washington Adventist University in 2014. A decade later, I launched my exclusively virtual private practice, Expansive Light Psychotherapy PLLC. My clinical perspective is warm-hearted, client-centered, strengths-based, and non-directive. Working from an eclectic approach to psychotherapy, I provide individual and family services online only. I possess a wealth of experienced in serving the needs of individuals from a wide range of backgrounds in a variety of formal and informal roles. As such, I strive to offer high-quality, person-focused mental health care in a warm and welcoming online forum.
