About me
I specialize in working with individuals who are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, mood swings, anger, addiction, unresolved trauma, or patterns of unhealthy relationships. You may find yourself stuck in cycles that no longer serve you—emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. I understand that asking for help can feel intimidating and deeply vulnerable, and I’m here to offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to begin that journey. If you’re ready to start breaking those patterns and building something more stable and fulfilling, I invite you to reach out today. We’ll take the next step together.
In our first session, my focus is on creating a safe, welcoming space where you can feel heard without pressure or judgment. We'll start by discussing what brought you to therapy, what's been feeling heavy or stuck, and what you're hoping to get out of our work together. I'll ask some questions to get to know you—your history, relationships, and what’s important to you—but we’ll move at your pace. This is also a chance for you to ask me questions and get a feel for how I work. The goal is for you to leave the session feeling more grounded, with a clearer sense of direction and support.
