About me
I’m a licensed therapist who helps Millennial and Gen Z women strengthen self-esteem, navigate life transitions, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others.
I’m a licensed therapist and the founder of a group private practice, with over a decade of experience supporting women in strengthening their self-esteem, self-worth, and relationship with themselves.
As a woman balancing personal, relational, and professional roles myself, I bring both clinical expertise and lived understanding to my work. I understand the unique pulls and pressures many women face while navigating modern life—especially Millennial and Gen Z women.
I work with women navigating many of the everyday challenges that come with adulthood—self-confidence, identity shifts, boundaries, relationships, comparison, and finding balance across work, personal growth, family, friendships, and romantic life.
While stress or feeling stretched thin may bring someone to therapy, much of our work focuses on building a healthier, more compassionate relationship with yourself—so you can move through life with greater confidence, clarity, and intention.
My approach is collaborative, supportive, and empowering. I place strong emphasis on building a trusting therapeutic relationship and creating a space where you feel understood first and supported as you grow.
I use an integrative approach that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused strategies, coaching, accountability, and mindfulness-based tools to help clients strengthen self-esteem, improve thought patterns and behaviors, and build healthier ways of relating—to themselves and others.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from North Carolina A&T State University and my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University–Atlanta. My professional background includes work in private practice, inpatient and outpatient treatment settings, managed care, and community-based services.
Since opening my private practice in 2016, I’ve worked with hundreds of women through individual therapy and speaking engagements focused on mental health, self-esteem, and self-care. In 2023, I expanded into a group practice, continuing my commitment to creating supportive, empowering spaces for women seeking growth, clarity, and balance.
