Beginning therapy can be intimidating. Take that first step and reach out! I meet individuals where they are as they take this important step. I know how difficult it can be to juggle all that life expects of us while struggling. I provide a safe space, free of judgement! I hope to hear from you :)
I love working with people who are going through life transitions, relationship issues, need help with communication skills, anger management, have anxiety, depression. I have specific experience and training working with people who experienced trauma.
Together we will work together to improve the quality of your life and your mindset. We will work to identify your specific wants and needs and develop achievable goals that will benefit you.
