About me
I am a doctoral-level therapist who brings faith, clinical expertise, and deep compassion to helping individuals pursue authentic healing and lasting change.
I became a therapist because I believe people are worth fighting for, and because I have seen firsthand how transformative it is when someone finally feels truly seen, heard, and safe enough to do the hard work of healing.
I specialize in walking alongside adults, couples, and older adults through addiction and recovery, grief, trauma, life transitions, and matters of faith and spiritual wellness. My approach is warm, relational, and faith informed. Whether faith is at the center of your life or simply a quiet part of your story, I create space for all of who you are. I believe healing is most powerful when the whole person is honored.
