About me
I am a Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with high-functioning adults, professionals, and executives navigating anxiety, unresolved trauma, attachment wounds, and internal conflicts that quietly impact their relationships and performance.
My work is integrative and depth-oriented. I combine trauma-informed therapy, EMDR, attachment theory, parts-based approaches, and practical mindset restructuring to address root causes rather than simply managing symptoms. I view therapy as a structured, collaborative process where the mind, body, and nervous system are interconnected—and lasting change happens when all systems are addressed.
Clients often come to me feeling stuck despite outward success. Together, we identify patterns, reprocess formative experiences, strengthen emotional regulation, and build a more secure internal foundation.
