About me
“I help clients arise through anxiety, stress, and life transitions with compassionate, grounded, and modern counseling support.”
I help clients arise through anxiety, stress, emotional challenges, and life transitions with compassionate, grounded, and modern counseling support. I believe therapy should be a space where people feel safe enough to be honest, supported enough to arise through life’s challenges, and anchored enough to move forward with confidence.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults, with a special passion for supporting teens and young adult women as they navigate self-esteem challenges, relationships, emotional stress, identity development, and the pressures of today’s fast-paced world. My goal is to help clients feel seen, understood, purposeful, and capable of navigating difficult seasons in healthy and meaningful ways.
My counseling approach is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Together, we work to better understand patterns of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical coping skills, emotional resilience, confidence, and self-awareness. I strive to create a therapeutic environment that feels calm, supportive, encouraging, and free of judgment.
I also incorporate innovative approaches, including virtual reality-assisted counseling interventions when appropriate, to support engagement, coping skill development, and therapeutic growth in ways that can feel more interactive and accessible for today’s generation.
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, anxious, or simply needing support through a life transition, you do not have to navigate those challenges alone. Flexible virtual and in-person counseling services are available to support your needs and preferences.
