About me
I'm a therapist with seven years of experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. I work with clients across the lifespan, with particular expertise in helping young adults navigate depression, anxiety, stress, and the complexities of building self-esteem and resilience.
My approach is grounded in understanding the whole person—your identity, your values, and your unique journey. I specialize in supporting clients through life transitions, relationship concerns, communication struggles, and questions about purpose and belonging. I'm also experienced in working with issues around guilt, shame, forgiveness, abandonment, and sexuality, as well as the specific challenges women and caregivers face.
I create a warm, affirming space where you can explore self-love, process isolation or loneliness, and work through workplace or interpersonal difficulties at your own pace. My style is collaborative and person-centered, drawing on evidence-based practices to help you build insight and move toward meaningful change.
I'm honored to work with clients who seek a therapist who understands their lived experience and identity. Starting therapy takes courage, and I'm truly proud of you for taking this step.
