About me
I am an experienced mental health counselor with a background in substance abuse. I have been working with active duty, veterans, and their spouses for over10 years. I have worked with people outside of service as well. I have a background with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy. I work a lot with PTSD and trauma related issues as well as anxiety, depression, and other things.
I am here to help my clients find their way back to a healthier lifestyle. In this field you have to have a personal connection and professional background to help others to find a path back to mental wellness. I have a background working in substance abuse and mental health (dual diagnosis). I have a great understanding of anxiety, depression, PTSD and many other mental health and substance abuse issues. I work with clients struggling with their issues that make a conscious decision to seek help in healing.
