About me
I'm a therapist with six years of experience supporting clients through a wide range of life challenges. I work with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, and family conflicts. My approach is grounded in helping you build self-esteem, improve communication, and develop deeper self-love.
I specialize in supporting clients through trauma, including sexual assault and abuse, domestic violence, and self-harm. I also work with individuals facing mood disorders, attachment issues, codependency, addiction, eating concerns, and body image struggles. Whether you're processing divorce, managing isolation, exploring your life purpose, or working through control and commitment issues, I'm here to help.
I'm committed to creating an affirming, nonjudgmental space that honors who you are. My therapeutic approach is person-centered and collaborative, drawing on evidence-based practices to support your growth at your own pace. I believe in meeting you where you are and walking alongside you with compassion and authenticity as you move toward healing and meaningful change.
