I am an experienced somatic psychotherapist, who focuses on improving the trauma of individuals, couples, and families. This includes individuals dealing with anxiety and depression, as well as more complex disorders.
As a therapist, I’ll begin with assessments to diagnose and observe the client she needs. This includes the client self report. Working from a holistic approach allows for the client to be in control of their own treatment goals.
