About me
I’m a person-centred counsellor, offering a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can explore what’s going on for you at your own pace. I believe that each of us has the inner resources needed to heal and grow, and my role is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with those strengths.
I work relationally, with empathy and authenticity at the heart of how I practise. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, navigating grief or loss, struggling with self-worth, or simply feeling stuck, I will listen and help you make sense of your experience in a way that feels safe and supported.
Areas I work with include:
Anxiety and stress
Depression
Self-esteem and identity
Life transitions
Emotional overwhelm
Relationship difficulties
Grief and loss
Cultural displacement and integration
I am passionate about supporting people to reconnect with themselves, especially during times of change or emotional pain. You're welcome to reach out if you'd like to arrange an initial session or ask any questions about how I work.
