I am a Licensed Professional Counselor offering trauma-informed therapy to help people heal from narcissistic abuse so they can reclaim their voice, their boundaries, and their peace.

With over seven years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I work primarily with adults, couples, and families navigating relationship challenges, trauma, and the lasting impact of narcissistic dynamics and narcissistic abuse. At 63, I bring not only clinical training but also depth of life experience, compassion, and steadiness to the therapy process.

Much of my work centers around relationships—whether romantic partnerships, family systems, or the relationship you have with yourself. I understand how painful and confusing relational wounds can be, especially when trauma or emotional manipulation is involved. My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in creating safety, clarity, and empowerment.

I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which allows us to gently process unresolved trauma and reduce the emotional intensity of past experiences. Whether you are healing from betrayal, navigating high-conflict relationships, rebuilding after emotional abuse, or seeking deeper connection in your partnership, I work collaboratively to help you move from survival to stability and growth.
