About me
I have over 14 years of experience in individual therapy, servicing a diverse population. Therapy works best when you feel truly seen, heard, and respected. My role is not to “fix” you, because you are not broken. However, a walk alongside you as you make sense of your experiences, emotions, and patterns at your own pace.
In our work together, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can speak honestly, even about the things you’ve never said out loud. I listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and help you connect the dots between where you’ve been and where you want to go. Whether you’re navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, we will work collaboratively to build insight, resilience, and practical tools you can use in real life.
I approach therapy with empathy, curiosity, and respect for your unique story. I understand that trust takes time, and I honor that process. My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling supported, empowered, more connected to yourself, and not overwhelmed or judged.
Healing is not immediate, and growth doesn’t have to be rushed. Therefore, with empathy, we’ll work together to focus on progress that feels meaningful and sustainable for you.
I provide trauma-informed therapy grounded in safety, trust, and collaboration. My approach helps clients understand how past experiences affect current thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while building practical tools for regulation and resilience. Therapy is paced intentionally and tailored to your needs, with a focus on empowerment, emotional stability, and long-term healing.
I offer faith-integrated therapy for clients who wish to include spirituality in their healing process. My approach combines clinical insight with compassion, helping clients work through emotional pain while reconnecting with purpose, hope, and inner strength. Faith is honored respectfully and never imposed. I work with professionals who appear “successful” on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or emotionally exhausted. Therapy focuses on reducing burnout, strengthening boundaries, and reconnecting with values—while honoring both psychological insight and spiritual grounding when desired.
