Greetings! I am Dr. Francis, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Maryland, a National Certified Counselor, an Approved Clinical supervisor and a university professor for a Master of Arts program in counseling psychology. I hold a masters and a doctorate degree in counseling psychology. I am the owner, Executive Director and Clinical Supervisor of a clinical group practice, Lavi (https://lavimentalhealth.com), where we provide direct mental health assessments and treatment services to a diverse population of adults, couples, teenagers, children and families, across a full spectrum of mental health disorders. I successfully completed a 22-year military career in the United States Air Force, where I honorably served on active-duty missions both domestically and abroad, cultivating strong skills in emotional intelligence, situational awareness, self-awareness, and cultural diversity. Now, my mission is centered on caring for my clients’ mental well-being with compassion, respect, and dignity.
