I specialize in family and couples work as well as trauma treatment and anxiety.

I specialize in working with couples who struggle with communication, betrayals, phase of life changes or also those who would like pre-marital counseling to strengthen the relationship and address any differences. I also specialize in working with families struggling with communication difficulties, boundary setting, and systemic issues. I am also here to walk along side individuals struggling with past trauma, phase of life issues, various symptoms impairing relationships and job performance or other aspects of life.

I help by meeting my clients where they are and walking alongside them on their journey. I like to use a strength-based approach and help my clients see those stregths to build and work towards their goals.

In our first few sessions, you can expect to start with getting a better understanding of your symptoms and as you grow more comfortable in sharing about your experiences, we can collaborate on identifying the changes you would like to see.

My practice is unique because I have a variety of Professional as well as lived experiences which add to my cultural awareness and open-mindedness. I am here to serve all walks of life and have experience working with various populations including the LGBTQ+ Community, black and Hispanic communities as well as other undeserved minorities.

I am passionate about this work because I believe as people we deserve to live our lives to our full potential. Our experiences may sometimes contribute to the difficulties we face but working through our traumas and struggles can help get us closer to the life we envision.
