I hope to help everyone see their internal strengths to reclaim Balance in their lives and live in the present moment.

So many times, people ask me, “Why did you go into this work?” It took a long time to figure it out because it felt like a part of me. It then dawned on me that I saw my parents help many people reclaim their voices, advocate for themselves, and receive support when needed. Watching this from an early age formulated me to share this with others naturally.

I’ve been down my road of imbalance, lack of peace, and feeling lost in thoughts. I know that moving out of this place can’t be done alone. I found the help when needed most, saving me from feeling completely alone.

I never want my clients to think they are alone – Let’s create our team together and leave loneliness behind us.

I am a Southern California girl born and raised – I love it! With no thoughts of moving, I have been thrilled and exhilarated in my work by helping the home communities I know and love.

I have a strong passion for giving back to the future of social workers and love supervising interns and social workers working toward licensure.

I love binge-watching tv shows, reading a good book, or with my animals, especially a beautiful Black Lab Mix named Sugar, who is my heart and joy.

Being from Southern California, I can’t ignore my proximity to Anaheim. I spend time at Disneyland eating yummy new snacks, seeking adrenaline from the rides, and living my best “Disney Adult Life.”
