About me
I am experienced in working with teens and adults navigate life transitions, grief, anxiety, ADHD, and depression.
When addressing mental health, it is vital to acknowledge the influence of the environment around us. In recent years, the world has presented us with numerous challenges. I believe in taking a holistic approach to therapy that considers individual experiences as well as the influence of family, community, and society. By exploring these various dimensions, we can uncover insights and develop effective strategies to more easily navigate life. I work collaboratively and compassionately to support clients dealing with grief, anxiety, ADHD, depression, and life transitions.
